    You shouldn't make fun but......

    ......It's just too good to miss.

    We went out for a curry last night and after the main course the waiter presented Mrs Grief with the sweet menu. I spotted this one straight away and maybe it's the answer to a good hot curry!!

    The foto was taken under cover (well under the table actualy so it's hard to read so the relevant passage (if you pardon the phrase i've typed up)

      Had to chuckle NTG.

      The Italian eaterie we frequent does a good line in funny spelling mistakes. The other day they were serving Spaghetti Meaballs, and their pudding prices were a bit on the pricey side at £395.

        In a restaurant last evening where - bless them - they have tried the French to English.

        Escargots farci have become stuffy sMails.

        Must be a job for somebody here sorting out translated menus - last year I was out with chums and the 'English' menu was so bad, we asked for the French because we could understand it better!

                  Many years ago on one of the very few time Granny and I have been abroad the menu in a Moroccan Hotel had Braised Garbage We gave it a miss
                  It's not the growing old I mind but the growing stupid with it!
