    Are you impressed by a company's service

    My oven broke down Wednesday night,chicken pie still cold after 45minutes, phoned repair company (Hotpoint/Indesit), got appointment for this morning between 10 and 12.00, man arrived by 10.15 and my oven was working better than ever with a new element. Great stuff to above company.
    Have you had any great service from a company that you could share

    There is a parcel delivery company we occasionally use, not allowed to name them I suppose, anything too bulky for letter-post, it's about as fast as second class and a great deal cheaper!

      Why aren't we allowed to name them...advertising? But we do that all the time when recommending stuff. Isn't that the same thing?

          Lakeland's customer service is excellent. Will replace anything even when OH has thrown part away. Always polite and friendly. Landsend good too.

            The ark wildlife are great but then I do order 15kg of bird food every month to feed my garden birdies ( and no I don't have a massive garden they just eat a lot ... you should hear dawn chorus round here!)

              Another recommendation for Lakeland here. Of course it's part of their overall strategy but in my experience they can't do enough to help you Last year I went in browsing for a knife set that a friend without access to a local store had asked me about. They didn't have it but despite my protestations that it wasn't for me and I wouldn't be buying it, they ordered it in, just so I could have a looksee!

              I'm also a big fan of the Co-Op. Our small one is like an old fashioned corner shop - I'm greeted as I go in, asked about how my kids are etc and always come out feeling warm and fuzzy - but even at the big one in town, the staff are unfailing friendly and polite.
              I was feeling part of the scenery
              I walked right out of the machinery

              I've come to take you home."
