Actually had a day off this morning to enjoy the snow and took some pictures which I have attached.

The world looked so pretty this morning as though it had been covered in fairy dust. It was so cold though, wall thermometer said -10.

Lovely pictures. What time was the first one taken?

Were the dogs frozen to the ground to get them to pose for that piccy?

I took the photos between 8 and 9 this morning, on the Common. It was amazing!

Boots is a typical Springer and would sell his soul for a tennis ball,so I had the camera in one hand and a ball in the other!

Here's a view of the new Red Sentinel crab apple in my front garden. Better than artificial decorations I think.

I've never ever seen a gritter where I live, not surprised LCC Highways have only just paved my road and only because I sent them a picture of the dirt track with a dustpan & brush in the ruts

But I chose to live here and love it! This was yesterday just outside Boston, I had to make my 3 monthly trip to a supermarket to stock up on bits I cannot get elsewhere. I chose the day where people were stuck in the car park unable to get out for TWO Hours

Pulled to the side of the road on the way home and took this to calm my nerves

Taken on the way back from Skipton yesterday afternoon. Saw the sunset reflected on the snow and got the OH to stop so I could take pics

This is from the woods near here last December, nice fresh snow, other than OH foot prints that is.

We went out for a walk on Sunday. When we left the house there was only a light dusting of snow. By the time we got home (3hrs later) there was about 3in snow! This increased by another couple of inches on Sunday, and again today! Here are some pictures we took while we were out for our walk on Sunday.

Great piccies folks - really give a sense of chill-factor.

Have my own but cannot put up on this cranky, elderly machine (only one left standing after son's efforts at 'bad' websites - give me strength!)

Although I do tend to take it for granted my road to work is rather picturesque at the best of times, but today I took these

And this was just going through the Whicham valley. Theres another twenty miles of this sort of view.
