( I call it the window sill, but I know a lot of peeps call it the window ledge...is it a regional thing???)

Both...I have a window sill inside and a window ledge outside, but I'm thinking on the same lines as you Nicos...it could be a regional thing.

Strange.........I've never thought about it before. It depends what mood I'm in, sometimes it's a sill & other times it's a ledge............

For me I usually interchange the two a bit, but mostly the ledge is inside (cause I put things on ledges) and the sill outside - that silly little lip that doesn't do anything much.

You have to loose sight of the shore sometimes to cross new oceans

Window ledge is outside - window sill is inside in my book.

Think I vary but there's no tomatoes on mine as the green ones are still on the plants in the sunshine.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
