    Why is it that.......

    When I put in an order with Deramores for my knitting wool (based in the UK) or Amazon that items usually arrive in about 10 days? But my monthly subscription for GYO never does I like this magazine a lot and anticipate the arrival of my May issue still.

                I did not renew my GYO magazine subscription after it expired, like your story Bussinspain it never arrived on time and quite often 2 weeks after it appeared in the newsagents here. So now I have it on order in my local newsagent and have it on time every month. I have no idea why it should be so.

                  I gave up as most months i never got it, and you pay the extra postage!!!!
                  I now have it sent to the UK and my mum can bring out a few at a time with her
                  I grow 70% for us and 30% for the snails, then the neighbours eats them

                    We don't have postal deliveries to our house because we are in the middle of nowhere up in the hills and mountains. Our post is taken directly to the main sorting post office in town to our post office box. I don't think that Don Quiote and his donkey would find us anyway! Lol

                      I've already added to this thread but it hasn't appeared.....so. I would like to take up the offer when i renew my sub to the magazine but i have no way of knowing when my current sub runs out or if it already has. I guess i will know when and if the mag fails to arrive.

                        I received a letter with renewal instructions prior to subscription expiring. That arrived very promptly unlike the magazine!

                          Does that mean that current subs people don't get the the offer? or can we sub for the next period in advance?
