  • who stole my dawn?

I an one of those annoyingly early risers. usually up and about by 4 am or just after.

one of the great joys of living in the country is dawn, watching and hearing things spring to life for the new day,

but someone has stolen dawn, not only is it much later, it has become a long slow struggle as what pretends to be a sun battles against the dark, no longer is dawn a glorious event it is a battle that can take hours to bring life.

*nods* Same here. Getting to the plot at dawn is fabulous in June. In September, I get there before the dawn does, and somehow that seems to annoy the sun so it sulks...

The only advantage to it being darkish when I get up is the joys (not) of the early morning slug hunt.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. Thomas A. Edison

When I was at work I worked while the Sun was setting (didn't see it that often ) I worked while dawn was breaking (didn't see it that often) now that I am not working (at present) I can sleep till broad daylight great
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Member of the Nutters Club but I think I am just there to make up the numbers
