  • What's your guilty pleasure?

At (almost) 26 years old i like to think i'm quite grown up - i'm studying for my degree, have a child, home, car, allotment and a goldfish.
However... for about the 8th time i am reading the Harry Potter books (much to mr pops amusement!) but i just love them ...That's my guilty pleasure - what's yours?

Are we only allowed one?!? Heck, I'm off to the core of the earth if that's the case!

Homemade desserts (cheesecake, tiramisu, wholemeal muffins and maple syrup...)
        Wine
        Disarrono/Grand Marniére
        Garfield/Gary Larson books
        Neighbours (yes, I know...)

        I'll stop there.

It isn't really a guilty pleasure but i love jumping in puddles!! If there is one that looks muddy and deep enough to make a fab splash i just forget i am wearing my good school clothes and go for it!! There is an advert for an insurance company on tele with a little girl in a rain coat and wellies dancing in a puddle that is me, only much older!!
The other guilty pleasure i have is dunking white chocolate into a cup of coffee, disgusting but oh so nice.

Nice wine, eating dinner late, boutique perfumes, Skippy peanut butter on a spoon, fizzy water, Soreen with thick butter. Probably loads more. Not sure I feel guilty about all of them though...

Cheese, and cheese, red wine, baileys and cadburys choccies.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Funny that - I've just opened an email from a friend who also loves it and asked if I'd got a recipe! (PS I have!)

Soreen with almost equal spread of butter???...now I reckon that's normal..so why feel guilty???!

A small glass of something whilst preparing the supper...nope- no guilt there either! ( well someone's got to check the wine's not corked surely???)
