    What is it and is it poisonous?

        Its a self seeding plant in my garden - I usually pull it up.
        I wouldn't think of it as an "edible" - your choice

          I agree with vc - I have it in my garden.
          It's in different side to my fruit and veg so not sure if its safe to be in veg bed. Im sure someone else will be able to answer that.

            It's in a communal bed in which there are strawberries and raspberries. It was when one of the plot holders asked what it was and whether it was safe to eat that I even thought about it.

              I'd remove it in that case - in case some child eats the berries in mistake for an edible fruit. I don't know whether its poisonous or not - PFAF says Pfaf Plant Search "No known hazards"

                Have you got a cutting garden in your plot? It may have self seeded from there. You will see those stems in most florist, last for ages in a vase, great in bouquets.
