    What will you do with your extra second????

    Use it wisely peeps!!

    personally I shall mostly be sleeping my way through it!

    Having said that, it'll be interesting to see what happens to electrical 'stuff' !

    We had all that doom and gloom about techie stuff and the millennium. It didn't happen. And we've gone through other leap seconds since then. It's just the media looking for news which with the terrorist atrocities going on they don't need to. On the other hand they might be trying to divert our minds from the horror.

                    But does that mean that dawn will be later than expected? Has anybody told Planck's Constant about this and whether this universal certainty (or not depending) will have to adapt itself to our idea of time?

                            As it's 3 mins away for me, it looks like I'll be spending my extra 1 second scrubbing my teeth!
