Suspect it may be a rook with something wrong with its beak, or maybe just something odd shaped IN its beak, but it definitely looks like that rookish white/bald face.
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Maybe an overgrown beak. Perhaps taken a knock and it's misaligned very slightly so nolonger wears down.

Possibly a rook with a baby anteater in its beak.

He comes down regularly to feed on next door's food tables. I have got quite close at times and it definitely looks like a bill. Poor thing is very ruffled and puffed out. I suspect a deformity and will try to get a clearer pic.
