Was the last outage planned then? I assume it had crashed as normally we get warning before and I'd not seen any and you just got an unavailable message which looked like a connection problem rather than getting a message telling you it was down like we normally do. To be honest, it's probably good for us all to have it off, stops me wasting time on the computer and makes me acutally do something
