I don't get a heating allowance 'till next year 'cos I was born TWO MONTHS TOO LATE, with my luck, the treasury won't have any money to pay heating allowances by next year. Oh well, first signs of a thaw today, does this mean no £25 given out?

I thought the temp had to be low for 7 days, on gmtv this morning they were asking how is it paid as usual no straight forward answer, it can be cold for 6 days and warm up on the 7th and no payments from what i understood, the temp can drop again the next day ( 8th ) but it has to be for 7 days on the trot.
Congratulations bubblewrap my bil got his last november
