    Well, I thought I was reasonably fit!

    Considering I'm reasonably active in DIY, allotment, etc. I stopped playing a high impact sport a year, maybe two years ago - thought I still 'had it'.

    So, I've just tried day 1 of a fitness workout - day 1 being the fitness test. Sweating from every possible pore on my body, arms shaking like myself in a sweet shop.

    'scuse me whilst I go throw up.

        Wait till you're twice your age - you'll be chuffed if you can walk up 50 steps to your front door without puffing

          You need to invest in an outdoor stair lift then mush! Dibs on the product if it doesn't exist

                    Future proofing, I didn't mean for now!!

                    Plus, I'd make it really fast. Like an amusement ride.
