I think most of use have read about holes in broad bean seeds made by tinny beetles.
After finding some holes in my "Crimson Flowered Broad Bean" seeds from T&M, I decided to ring them and tell them about my discovery, a very polite, helpful lady answered my call and asked me to send the said offending beans back to them for a replacement, this morning a parcel arrived with 1 pkt of replacement beans, 1 £5 voucher and a lovely letter saying sorry for any inconvenience...WOW, I'm so impressed. Well done T&M.
