  • We cut our lawns yesterday!

Almost November and the grass is lush.
The cows in the back field are clearly enjoying the new grass

I wonder whether this will finally be our last cut of the year?

Anyone else still needing to mow their lawns?

I need to, but it's far too wet to use the mower.

Ours is too wet so all we've been doing is raking up the leaves.

You've got lawns Nicos? We only have grass. I am trying to persuade himself that it ia dry enough to cut on a high setting and I don't think that it will be the last time this year.

Mine will get one more cut to mop up the fallen leaves with the grass. There are young grass shoots sprouting in the bare patches under the trees - doesn't it realise its time to stop until spring

Yann cut ours at the week-end and announced that it's the last time he's doing it this year.

We will be doing one more cut I reckon. We had thought that last week's cut would be the last, but it seems we were wrong

The little patch of green here is very in need of a trim but it hasn't dried in days
