Same as a lot of people it would seem.
We'd read about the problems they'd had previously (they'd even been in the local paper), but we thought that ordering our stuff in September would give us enough time before Bean was born.
I was still chasing them the second week in January!

Oh noooo...I'm so sorry. We got suckered into ordering our Bugaboo from them. They're horrible to deal with and totally dodgy. I wish I'd warned you! We eventually got everything from them, but Lord, it was stressful.
I'm on a couple of Baby board things on t'internet, and it seems that particular company are as bad as ever. They've been investigated by Watchdog before!I don't roll on ShabbosComment

Mixed feelings about the news I've just discovered - the above mentioned store has gone into administration.
Two Right Feet Ltd t/a Two Left Feet Cease Trading
Obviously sorry for all the customers left in the lurch, without any chance of recompense and all the staff who are now without a job, but I feel it was a case of when, not if this happened.
