  • Vodafone arrgghhh!!!

Just spent the last 2 hours and 10 minutes on the phone to vodafone, and they canot see that that's a problem. Call waiting times is a known problem therefore we cannot log a formal complaint! We refuse to log a formal complaint and we refuse to go on record stating such! Arrghhh As I can get no letter stating such, ofcom won't want to know, they state you need that letter. Arrgghhh I'm so angry right now.... I even missed reading bedtime stoy to DD and they honestly can see nothing wrong and tell me it's because of the ressesion- I told them that as the pool of money is shrinking, therefore I would actually expect the customer service to improve to keep/ get new business!!! gonna stop typing now before I start writing swear words......

    Sorry all....needed the vent!

Can't you email them with your query instead of calling them? It's a lot cheaper

I did that the other day with a request for mileage of Henry for my insurance company - it took me 15 minutes the other day on the phone to chase up my none existant documents - so Ive emailed 'em - got a copy printed off to prove that Ive sent it. May be worth a try.

as a ps when you phone up and get the auto answer (so they can claim that 99.8 of all calls are answered in 5 rings) it should say "sorry due to us not employing enough people to answer the phone, so we can pay massive bonuses to our dirctors, you call will be answered in 1 hour"

It will only get worse as they have closed their call centre here and moved jobs elsewhere abroad. The company that run the call centre were not interested in Customer satisfaction just getting the figures on call waiting etc...

They can't even run their website at the moment, as I've been trying to get an upgrade through their online form. A friend of mine has just switched to Orange because of it.

lol cheers for all the comments, did try to find an email to send to, guess what.... cannot find an email address on their webpage ...... the lady who actually helped me was in egypt and when I did finally speak to her, she was very helpful and did fix my problem .... the true frustration only began after that when I asked to be put through to customer complaints(which did sound to be local...)

                        I'm hopefully terminating my contract.....
