Did anyone catch this on Garden UKTV? Seen a few times now but learn something new everytime. Just really enjoyed it, something very calming about and Harry Dodson is a star with some great advice.
    Best wishes

Met Mr Dodson once at Waterperry Gardens, and he was a lovely gentle, gentleman!
Signed a book for me too!
I love the series and yes it is so calming!

Is this a very old programme? I remember seeing something like this years ago, must have been late 80s/early 90s and I thought it was inspirational.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Me too Snadger and I'm still trying to track down the yellow podded broad bean

He did another one "The Wartime Kitchen Garden" where the garden of a house was turned over to the dig for victory campaign. despite several e-mails though the BBC have never offered to repeat or release the series - a great shame as this was possibly the hey day of allotmenteering

Aw shucks, I've never seen this. Is it on digital, or cable/sky only? I have a Victorian house and it would be lovely to restore the garden in the same way as the house.
