We'll have a romantic candlelit dinner with champagne containing wild hibiscus flowers after which Himself will lovingly lift me into his arms and carry me to the rose petal strewn bedroom. Then I'll wake up.

Mr OWG will probably be working away....

Plus, we don't get paid until the 15th, so we're skint until after 'the day' anyway!

Nothing planned apart from taking brother in law for a hospital appointment, for cards we've used the same two for years it saves our grandkids asking why we've not sent them to each other

Working (which is a pleasant change at the moment! Work has been all too sparse lately). Cold roast whatever-we-have-on-sunday and a small portion of oven chips, plus stir-fried veg, perhaps with a nice wine.
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Dunno. We don't really 'do' Valentine's day. He was a Bishop anyway - I'm sure he wouldn't have approved of 'goings-on'!

I like to think we're romantic every day!

Oh working (He does shifts so doesnt get home til nearly midnight anyway)
Do do cards unless its for someone I dont see - ie if they live far away.
I have bought him a second hand CD though.
Plus I have about half my family birthdays in Feb, so dont need an added worry/expense of thinking up things to do/buy...
                        Romantic eh???

Son NO 3 's 27th birthday, we sometimes send each other a card and maybe will get each other a rose other than that nothing.

I'm cooking for LW - nothing unusual in that, but she has made a request. As soon as I remember the menu I'll let you know.

Bought her a little box of Charbonnel & Walker too.
