  • Update on injured soldier

Hi all just an update on son's girlfreinds brother, he is now eating some food, is fully awake and knows everything that happened, he continues to progress. The doctors reckon he will be out of hospital in October. So brave.
Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts.

Good news but it's still so horrendous. Poor lad.

You don't realise how brave these young lads are till they are tested. Or what excellent care they receive - being brought back from the brink like that. Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks everyone, he has along battle ahead, not sure yet if he will be able to have false legs, I think it may be that he wont and will be in a wheelchair. Not sure if boredom has set in yet.
