    Madmax and I are off for a trip to Watford. We are staying overnight tonight and driving home tomorrow with a new car.

    Will log in later to see if any local to Watford grapes fancy a quick meet-up.

          surely I am not the only one to put two and two together here and make four

          1. It is Saturday night
          2. Lotto night
          3. Lotto HQ is in Watford
          4. Shirl n MM are staying overnight in Watford
          5. Driving back with a new car

                slight flaw, lotto not drawn till 8 ish ..... post left 5/4 :36 ....... unless they won wednesday or friday, or whatever day it's drawn nowadays

                  Hope they've won though.

                  There's a woman not far from us who had a really sh*t life for years (won't go into details) but one problem after another. She pulled herself through it, somehow. Then a few years ago she won a large amount on the Lottery. I was so pleased when I heard the news, I could have cried (probably did).

                  It doesn't always go to those that don't deserve it - it's good to know.

                  Me? I won a tenner about six months ago
