  • Top Tips ???

So, with the National on tomorrow is anyone willing to share their top tips (other than not to bother as the bookie always wins).

Without fail, ever year I pick a nag , with a wedding to pay for I could do with a winner.

    Over to you tipsters !!!

No tips I'm afraid (except look both ways before you cross the road). I do have a little fun flutter, but on association. This year it's Big Man something, can't remember, but I'm sure you'll know, in honour of BigMally and Wayne (I think it might be the favourite if there is such a thing though I didn't know that when I picked it) and My Will because I've been thinking about making one this week (maudlin I know, but it is such a coincidence). The bookies must love tomorrow.

Well it's got to be Ollie Magern or Big Fella Thanks if you are going for a vine theme.
I won the first bet I ever made on the Derby - £48 - in those days it paid for the enclosure and drinks for the party - and the petrol for the trip!
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Backed the winner today. Couldn't believe my luck as its the first time i ever won on The National.
will have to wait until Monday to see how much I won.
I put 5 euro each way and the bookies slip said 16/1 s will wait and see.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
