Next weekend, at Top Lodge Woods in Corby Northants there is a medieval fayre and living history event.
The group i am a member of will be there, shooting our bows, fighting with swords and talking to the public and showing off our armour etc.
It is free to get in and you can also buy your Christmas tree from the Forestry commission managed woodland there.
If you live near there pop along as it plans to be a fab weekend if not on the tad side abit cold!! for us at least, think i will smuggle some non authentic long johns and thermals under my medieval clothes on that day!!
