I have to move all the fence posts ive put into one plot, into the other plot - this is not a job i am looking forward to, but i figure a lump hammer and a knock one way then the other way should get them out - hopefully - if anyone cares to join me on this sunny day tomorrow in lancashire - let me know and ill provide a picnic dinner and your tea in the evening

Well because they are on my old plot and they need moving to my new plot, to fence it off from deer and such likes.

They cost over 40 quid and im a bit hesitant to leave them there for the next person when ill ust have to buy a load more for my the plot

Can you sell them on to the next plot holder and buy more for your plot? Save you some of the work!!

i think so!! ill need a good radox bath tomorrow night and a great big glass of milk.

I prefer my plot to be fenced off, it has three paths around it so ideally i want a bit of security plus, with the chickens just running free on there too - when im down there The other plot is so waterlogged because of the drainage i just cant cope with it so the allotment people moved me to another plot, better drainage but its a bit smaller. Thankfully i'd only really put the fence posts up, i havent been able to do much work on the other plot due to the drainage, so there not really anything lost in that sense,
