  • Today is a good day

What a great start to the day. After having had my aircon fixed last night, I slept reasonably well apart from when the power goes off and thus said aircon.
I awoke refreshed, showered and dressed, and went into the kitchen.
I made breakfast of coffee and toast, with tons of marmalade.
Wandered into the office, sat in front of the computer, attempted to take a bite from my toast with my still swollen mouth, and lo, the toast fell from my grasp. Nooooooo
But, wait, what is this? The toast fell onto my trousers, marmalade side up, and then continued its descent to the floor and landed, marmalade side up again.
How can this be? My life doesnt work like this!!!
After that, I know that today is gonna be a good'un

Have you been reading fortune cookies this morning?!

Boble, I hope that is a good omen for the day, and not today's share of good karma being used up in one go...

This had me giggling out loud
Bob you are truly lucky. It would definitely have landed marmalade side down and smeared itself all the way down my trousers had it been me.
But then I am prone to incidents of this sort

If your a Mythbusters fan, you'll know that if it had landed marmalade side down, the three second rule doesn't work - therefore, you've been trebley lucky in my book. You can dust toast off, but furry maramlade just isn't funny .

I love Mythbusters, but dont think I've seen the falling toast one. Those 2 are brilliant.

TEB, Will report back with my findings, once I've caught the office stray cat!
