No one in my house eats baked beans! They are the devils own wartime lazy food! Disgusting things that the government should ban from the UK!

      No, we don't like them

To the soundtrack of Coca colas 'Holidays are coming', Brussels Sprouts are coming, Brussels Sprouts are coming.

        I love sprouts.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

          I like them both.

I had beans on toast the other day for dinner. Lovely!

          *parp*.

I like a slice of Welsh rarebit and a slice of beans on toast personally, these days I prefer Branstons as Heniz seem to have extracted all the flavour out of their beans when reducing the sugar and salt content.

I like them both too - I add salt back into the beans
I wonder what beans on Brussels sprouts on toast would be like?

If I'm feeling well... like myself I tend to opt for Egg on Beans on Cheese on Toast.

Dunno how to make the welshie cheese on toast, so I just tend to do the bog standard mature cheddar slices on toast under the grill !

Its grated cheese with a touch of mustard and a shake of worcestershire sauce, well it is in my house. The cheese needs to be good and robust and preferably Welsh.

You grate the cheese and mix it with a pinch of mustard powder and some milk to bind it together. Then put it on the toast.
