  • Those storage bags you suck air out of with hoover?

What are they called and are they any good please, oh and where can I get them?

Need to 'compress' duvets and winter jumpers - desperately

Not 100% sure what they're called Headfry, but I got mine from Asda in the homeware department (by the ironing board covers etc). They're ok, but clothes get VERY creased in them. Fine for duvets etc though.
If it comes from a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, don't!!

Vac bags amongst other things. Argos sell them although I found some good ones in TK Maxx, into which I've just put the freshly laundered winter halves of duvets. They were a good price, but Argos have offers on theirs too.

Don't know why but every one that I have tried have let air in eventually. Went for boxes instead, at least I could stack them.

you need to get the quality ones. I tried the pound store version- predictably, rubbish.
The better bags are thicker so don't puncture, and have better valves so don't leak.
I use the roll-up version for travel packing.

Lakeland stock a selection of them. Not the cheapest but as mentioned before, cheap ones are not always a good investment.

Got mine from Amazon. Got the best part of a full airing cupboard into three of them!

Mine were from Argos. Don't really use them much though.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
