    Things that annoy me...

    I hate it when you're watching a tv programme, you're enjoying it and then they start advertising the next programme across the bottom of the screen, before the one you're watching has even ended!!!

    That is soooo annoying!!!

    totally agree - whats more annoying though is when your dad gives you a cd for Office Professional and it doesnt work and you need to get some work done!!!!

      Most things annoy me. Or, at least most people do
      Must be my age. Inconsiderate people annoy me most ... the ones who enter or exit a shop and just stand in the doorway gossiping; drivers who stop across a pedestrian crossing; ditto cars on pavements.

        Don't you even dare get me started!!!!!!!!

          Getting home @ 6:00 on a Sunday night ,having rushed around town getting fancydress stuff for D @school tomorrow,only to find that the sheer tights I bought (so she's not barefoot in new shoes)are footless!!!!I've phoned round every mum I can think of & noone can help out~the only hope they gave me was that I'm not the only one that's left it till the last minute!!

            But I`ll just complain about one thing for now.
            We live at the top of a cul-de-sac and next door had a birthday party today. They had two cars on their drive, one at the bottom and a couple more down the road. That didn`t annoy me but this did. An old couple(in their 70`s )arrived, couldn`t find anywhere to park so they parked in the middle of the road about 6 feet from the bottom of our drive. There was a car already parked at the side of them and one about 5 feet behind next to the curb. If next door(the other side) had come back they wouldn`t have been able to get onto their drive. If they hadn`t of left my OH would of had to drive half on the pavement to get our car out, and he would of only just made it.
            Why this couple couldn`t of parked further down the road is beyond me.
            I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.

              Cars stopping across pedestrian crossings drives me mad too... The kids always groan when it happens on the way to school, coz I knock on the windows and say "We'll just walk through your car then, shall we?"

                setting the video before going out to record the final part of prog i've been following for million episodes,getting home to find tennis/golf/cricket/footy overran & all you've got is opening credits!gggrrrrr!!!

                      Sounds just like me. Would like to add cars parked overhanging driveways. Why can't people walk a couple of yards? If they were disabled I could understand but able bodied people!

                        We have to pass the gate to the Junior school every morning on the way to the infants & there's a group of mums that insist on standing against the safety fence(?bars that stop kids from running onto the road)~often with a dog,wet weather an umbrella.Everyday they're aware of people passing,everyday you have to say excuse me to get passed~&then they only move themselves~the dog/umbrella remains blocking your way!

                          thats what sky+ was invented for i would be completely lost without it now. don't even own a video now.

                          my moan/annoying thing is in our village no double yellow lines so people can park anywhere they want, so why do they have to park on both sides of the road exactly opposite each other causing bottlenecks? there is just enough room for two cars to pass if only one side of the road has a parked car, but no they still do it. idiots! its not as if they dont have drives etc.

                              More things annoy me today than yesterday, but probably less than tomorrow.

                              Trying hard not to turn into the proverbial grumpy old man, but my cause looks a bit like Gordon Brown in Israel - lost.
