  • Thank goodness its Saturday!

I had a lie in till 0830, went to feed the girls and let them out. Enroute switching on my PC. I'm still sat here an hour and a quarter later, still playing on the Vine, still in my PJs and about to get another cup of coffee.
I really must get dressed and do the housework and shopping..............then again...........
What are your plans for today?

    Me too!

The sun is shining, so I'm going to give the garden another bit of a tidy up I think.
I might even go and guerilla my spare wallflowers up the lane when I get my newspaper.

I was woken up at 3:30 by Mr Z harumphing and then falling back to sleep and snoring in my ear. i came down to sleep on the sofa but the clock was too loud so I went back up.

I'm back down now, and have had a cuppa. Going to sow more wildflower seeds today, finish off sorting the greenhouse out, so some pottering and faffing; and might even get to the lottie for some leeks for soup.

It's looking lovely out there at the moment!

Birds are singing loudly, sun is beating down - pleasent day.

Great. I have soil to go and inspect before it's delivered. Then I have to go and confirm with a timber merchant I want him to put a fence up, then I'm going to buy the greenhouse, then I'm going to level (or give it a damn good shot!) the side garden out, and THEN I'm going to dig the remaining bed out in the garden. Tomorrow, I'll then fill them all in.

Oh, that was until I was told this morning we're going to Cribbs Causway shopping. Oh, and also tomorrow I'm needed for a photoshoot. Double

Though, on the upside, I do have next week off !

Plan was to get out and get a mini tunnel up for my peas - but we've got snow - don't think we were expecting any, just depends which forecast site we checked! So at the moment I'm in the PJs and just one more coffee group!

The sunshine is calling! Could just be a day of pottering in the garden. OH is off to watch the Wolves/Chelsea game- he's sat at the wrong end though, been given tickets by a Wolves man! So got the day to myself.

I'm not dressed yet either! (disgraceful behaviour). Have two arches to put together over which I hope to grow my cordon fruit trees which should be arriving in the next few weeks!

                      Happy scrubbing Nicos!

Well, for once I'm in the 'got up and got going' camp! Let out the Geese, checked the Chooks, went to the Stables and Mucked-out the Nag, then to the feed merchant for feed and bedding, and back home for a Coffee!

Trouble is, now I'm sat here, I'll probably stay, and it's a beeeeuuutiful day today so I should get out and do stuff!

So pleased to see that I'm not the only one still in PJ's . Really lovely day here, so I shall go and get dressed in a min, and get out in it (OH hanging out washing as I type, so feel a bit guilty...).

Plans for rest of day - take DD to dance lessons, back to mooch for a bit, then down to the plot to clean out chooks and move their enclosure onto what will be the potato bed, so they can grub about in that for a week or two - they've now done a brilliant job of clearing two other beds, but I need to move them now so that I can get some muck onto those two. Depending on how long the moving/cleaning takes (and how happy the children are mooching about down there...), I may start to barrow the muck onto the beds. Back for bath/lasagne/wine - ah, I love weekends
