I would truly struggle in my job if it were not for the vine!
I work on my own in reception, I speak to lots of people all day but talk to few! the nature of a phone answering job. I love being with people, We get visitors so it's not all lonely, lonely 9-5pm. They don't stay with me for long (is it me?

) no it's just the job, which as it happens I love!! been here 6 years now.
All others in the factory behind me get to chat and laugh with each other, it's a nice place to work. I do miss that side of things though, but ......
I have the vine! in my mind my job must come first but and as long as its ok with bosses, and phone get answered in 3 rings- then its suits just fine.
I am here most of the day, so I guess you are my colleagues

I just can't keep away can I? Btw, I'm at home all day for most of the week too Piskieinboots, so I know what you mean about that one. And I don't have a telly - worked out that there were lots of things better than that a while ago

Off now to do some jobs and check to see how many of my seeds have germinated whilst I've been on here!

Mines a 57 please piskie, tea, no milk, one sugar.

I have the vine open as my home page - hence I'm pretty much always logged on. I have to log on to the interweb to access my emails see, and I have a few pages open at any one time.
