    Talking of mistletoe...

    Is anybody going to have a go at growing their own using the method described on page 21 of Decembers issue?

    I quite fancy giving it a go for a bit of fun. I have 2 apple trees on my lotty.

                "Under plain cover"!! What is in GYO that needs to be concealed? Do you have other mags sent under plain cover too?

                  Well our postie doesn't seem to have time to sift through the mags and potential gift goodies. He rushes around like a mad thing pushing his red wheelie bin up and down the road. They aren't allowed to use their cars now.

                  Anyway I don't have the mag delivered a buy them when I see them. I'm waiting for a really good offer that I want/need then I'll subscribe.

                    I've not yet seen the method used in the mag- but as far as I recall, you could do with getting a bit of mistletoe from an apple tree if you want to succeed in your apple trees Donna.
                    It grows in all sorts of tree round here but I'm sure it's got more chance of taking if it's the same tree species
