Default Steve Wright in the afternoon.

Radio 2 was tickling away in the workshop and in between saw-cuts I'm sure I heard a shout out to (that sounds a bit street for the light prog ..a dedication then!) "Wellie, in the Forest of Dean'....That's got to be You? ...is it a special occasion?

Blimey, if you had told me ten years ago I'd being growing veg and listening to Radio 2!

I listen to radio 2 and don't consider myself sad.

Agreed kirsty b, I am not sad either and I love Radio 2.

My darling Madmax has had 2 requests read out to me - one by Steve Wright on Sunday Love Songs, and one on Sarah Kennedy's early show. I have sent in requests for him but they never get read out.

Sensible Hazel. I've listened exclusively to R4 since University days - and subliminally before that - my Dad always had it on too. Now my son - HeyWayne's age - listens to it. It's not an age thing. I like information not waffle and music I don't like. Tried Classic FM which I could get on the radio at work with better reception than R4 - couldn't stand the wittering.

I sometimes listen to a radio station(on line) in Crete don't understand any Greek but the music is great.
