Default Steiff Bear Stuff

Anyone know if the Steiff bears are still collectable?

We were given a coat for bubs for Christmas with a Steiff Bear on the back etc, etc but we have far too much stuff already with this being the second boy and people already buying clothes etc.

Anyway, I was wondering about selling it on eBay and have no idea if it's worthwhile doing so?

Ta muchly

There's a posh shop near us that sells Steiff kids coats for about £50 so I'd say it's well worth putting it on ebay!

Didn't know they did clothes, bought my god son a bear when he was born but it was one of the cheaper ones (ie not the highly collectable ones you see on telly!) and bought in New York where they seem to be infinitely cheaper - helped by a beneficial exchange rate also.
