Why is it that the adverts only depict skinny 20-something females as users of this product?
Do men/older women/ugly people/children not require the services of this cereal?

Maybe only skinny 20-something women are daft enough to buy stuff like that?

I find it does not fill you up at all, I normally put banana on mine or have porridge instead!

I eat it with either tinned prunes or tinned figs.. or bananas -(or all three!) - and at this time of year with double cream left over... or Nestle's Condensed Milk.

I am thin and skinny.. the same weight I was 40 years ago###.. (but then I run 20 miles a week and do yoga...)

The advert is is based around the fantasy that even if the viewer is slim, there is always more you can loose....a dangerous path. I have witnessed the frankly frightening effects of these adverts first hand with young girls in an annorexic clinic.
Ads like this should be banned, or at least countered.

I would rather eat the box than the cereal.

I agree with everyone who has posted - it has no taste and doesn't do the job of a real breakfast - and do you remember the campaigns when they suggest replacing 2 meals a day with the stuff!!
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

LOL Jeanied, I tried cereal for two meals a day - I had to eat 3 bowls each meal, I was so hungry. I nearly ate the box one day. My FIL swears there's more nutrition in the box...

I know it sounds simplistic but why don't peeps only eat when they are hungry? We all eat more than is required for the energy we use. We have become munchalholics. It's not nutrition it is oral satisfaction.

I forget to eat when I'm busy but will eat more when I'm bored. OH laughs at me when I come home with the sandwiches I carefully made in the morning - again!

In a study done at Loughborough University, volunteers lost up to an inch from their waist and 38% lost a full jeans size after following the diet for the recommended two weeks.
