    cor blimey just got up to 4" of snow at least it will hold down the fleece i put over the ground where my first earlies are . now to try travelling the 40 miles to work hope the gritters have been busy on the motorway

    Yep, gritters are out on the city roads so would assume they are on the motorways. Drive safely.

          I know, I don't doubt it - the weather forecast was saying server warnings for where I live, and where I work now... great :/ With an 80% chance of snow. That's changed now though

                  Hi hollychap,
                  Wish I would be there as no snow fall here and I am missing making snow man and targeting snow balls. Please do share some pics of snow with us. Thanks in advance for any input.

                      No snow or frost here. Well a bit of sleet that's all. We've had a good amount of rain which will make lottie softer to dig...providing it stops at some point!

                      3 degrees in my blowaway and 11 in conservatory.

                            Orrible night here with high winds. We had sleet and snow yesterday but thankfully its gone and i can even see a bit of sunshine.
                            Off work this week but still can't work on my project house 20 miles away as they are snowbound and are in the middle of a power cut!

                              I love to see my garden covered in snow... it makes it look as good as other peoples gardens and boy it sure looks good today.
