  • Snow Yet?

How far south is the snow so far? Keep us posted!

Whilst I'd love snow, I still have three fairs to run so it can't snow here until after 17th. And, much as I love my parents, I don't want them snowed in with us when they come for Christmas.......perversely, I'd rather they were safe here though if we get a repeat of last Christmas' weather!

    Who's got snow then?

We've had a fair bit of sleet and hail this week but thankfully no snow. Blowing a gale again today which is horrible to listen to.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Nooooo!! I'm tempering chocolate and I've shedloads to do. Don't need the rain because the damp stops the chocolate from tempering, too much humidity. Quick! To the kitchen before it rains!

We have it in Aberdeen too and I've been out working in it . Had a ton of granite chips on order for a job and was supposed to be phoned to say when it would arrive on site. Lorry driver phoned when he was on site and I was half an hour away. End result, I had to shovel a ton of chippings out of a bag instead of being able to cut the bottom of the bag when it was in mid air and spread the chippings that way/ Ordered the chippings in a bag for that purpose too and paid extra for the priviledge. Got really well soaked too which cheers me up no end - not. Anyways, this isn't the rant page and we have no snow yet
