    Small Ads??

    Hi
    Now I'm new so forgive me if I'm in the wrong place but just wondered if Grapevine had a small ads forum where we can sell items etc. I'm after a Greenhouse or some old windows to make my own! I didn't want to buy new as prefer to recycle and wondered if people on here would be upgrading etc!

    Anyway please point me in the right direction as when I searched the forum for 'sale', 'ads' I didn't get a hit!

    I don't think buying and selling items here is part of the forum ethos.

    The closest you get is the seed SWAP - although some folks very kindly 'donate' one-way on receipt of a sae.

    I think many here would recommend somewhere like freecycle for the kind of thing you're currently after?

      Try your local Freecycle site, or local freeads weekly.

        As mentioned above, the Grapevine doesn't permit private sales. Freecycle and similar sites are definitely a good option though, best of luck!

          Thanks for your advice. I've managed to build a greenhouse out of pallets so I don't need to buy one now!

              Erm yeah I have just started a blog on blogspot too which has pics but today I realised that I can add a blog and pics here-will put then on now if they are the right size....goes off to figure out how!

                          If you need old windows another time contact a local window replacement company. They only ditch them.
