One of our sheds died last weekend

It had been leaking for a while, and when I went in to get something, everything was soaking wet, and there were mushrooms/toadstools growing on the carpet on the floor.

On closer inspection by Mr OWG, the rain we've had in the past few months has damaged an already dodgy shed to the point that the water actually seeps through the wood.

With everything inside damaged, it was time to put the shed to bed...

Flat!


Flatter (note my wheelbarrow full of timber!). The whole time Mr OWG was demolishing, I was carting the timber etc away to our bonfire...

And just as it was going dark...


Finished! Now we just have to get a new shed!!

In our field (at the bottom of the garden), although it's not been lit yet, as it's too wet and windy where we are on the coast at the moment

Probably not, as we'll be ploughing the field up shortly to make space for chickens more lawn and more veg beds

Thought we might save it for when the clocks go forwards
