It is by far the best filling. We usually have a jar of chocolate spread too, as my younger two boys prefer that. OH sometimes makes a really chilled whipped cream with vodka or a lemon zabaglione sauce which is to die for.

I bought a pancake maker from Aldi last year and it's excellent, the crepes are about 14 inches across.

Orange juice & sugar although maple syrup is nice.

Grandchildren like sliced banana and chocolate sauce, but also like lemon and sugar.

We practice for Shrove Tuesday quite often by having pancakes for breakfast (just had some today). Trad in this house too, sugar and lemon, with a bit maple syrup if you're feeling crazy. I have had fluffy pancakes with bacon and maple syrup before though and LOVED them...

I tried some Nutella this morning but chocolate for breakfast just feels wrong.

Its both my Mum and my son's birthday on the 16th
But luckily everyone loves pancakes, so its a win win situation.
Myself I like chestnut puree from France
My Son/OH like lemon and sugar
Little one likes jam or maple syrup.
