Default Self-watering greenhouse

Now, I know you'll all be very jealous at my acquisition!

I have a self-watering greenhouse. That's right folks, I don't have to water inside the greenhouse when it rains/has been raining...

Unfortunately, I haven't invented some sort of miraculous drip-feed system; it's because my greenhouse leaks

It's wooden and so old and rotten (and unfixable ) that when it rains, the water drips inside from the window edges, and the gutters, which (luckily for my plants) ensures that when it rains (like the torrential rain we've been having in Lancashire) I no longer have to brave the weather to water my indoor plants!

See, I knew I couldn't be despondent about a rotting greenhouse for long!

hahahahaha, you should change your name to Pollyanna....

I suppose it means better 'airflow' when it's hot too?!

Yes, there's always a slight breeze from the cracked glass and gaps in the wood... thats a "bespoke ventilation system"

Just wait til you bump your head on the icicles in winter!

Mine is the same btw, water even runs out of the knot holes! Went round with a felt tip pen marking where it was leaking once when it was raining. Every time I put a mark on wood another leak would appear....gave up in the end because all of the wood was covered in felt tip!
