I have not much money nor any letters after my name but I do have a wonderful family. Other peeps have lotties, chooks of which I have none, If I made a blog (don't know how) of my wonderful, beautifull family would you think I was bragging.

I too, am very grateful for everything I've got. A fab hubby, lovely family and friends, super dog,cats and chooks. I'm also grateful for the great job I've got and look forward to going to work every day. Sounds a bit trite, but everyday I count my blessings.Bernie aka DDL

Blogging, by its very nature, is, to some extent, self-indulgence of one's pet fancy - be it politics, growing, family, sport etc etc etc.
You blog about your favourite subject/s and don't let anyone put you off!
They always say that if you were to write a novel you should start on the subject you know best - what can be better than family?
You may get some negative comment from time to time (if feedback allowed) - but those peeps have every right to say their piece, just as you have - they can only be scolded if they are downright rude or unnecessarily spiteful.
Go for it - and enjoy what sounds like your very lovely family which you wish to share with the 'world'....potentially! Oooh-er - that's a very big audience!Comment

Yay, you shout about it Girl. The world is full of people moaning about how hard-up they are, how hard-done-by they are, and how bad their lives are. Why not brag? People dont have to read your blog..which I believe are fairly easy to do..so its up to them. But its a super way to let friends and family see what you feel about your family. And if you or they have friends and family who dont see you often, or live elsewhere its a super way to keep in touch.
Go for it.
And there are lots of grapes with blogs who will be sure to help if needed.Anyone who says nothing is impossible has never tried slamming a revolving doorComment
