I would like those little plastic plates and bowls and cups please, they come in a set of 6 and are brightly coloured and great for little ones!

nearest Ikea for us is a day out!

I've just ordered another of these (they 'clamp' on to a table, they've no base) they're good value.

IKEA | Luminaires | Lampes de table | TERTIAL | Lampe de travail

I'm going to use it to trial it above some early chilli/aub seedlings using a daylight bulb.

I think their wooden shelving units are very good value and sturdy too. What sort of stuff are you looking for!

                    I need;
fabric (to serve as curtains/doors in the kitchen)
crockery (people keep dropping the plates)
glasses (those big chunky ones - ideal huge G&T)
washing up brush with a sucker on the end (last one has just died after 1 year)
                    candles (nicos)
rugs (to hide the green chipboard floor)
Matress (small daughter can then have her own bed, rather than sharing with No.2 son)
                    mustard (yummm)

                    hhmmmm still thinking..............

What you need to do is keep an eye out for the Ikea fairies. They come along and put stuff in your trolley and you don't realise until you're at the checkout and it's too late...

                          The ginger biscuits are yummy!

                          Any cheap house plants????

The little cotton rugs are ridiculously cheap- and are perfect for inside the front door to wipe feet on! ( very French...beats using a tea towel!!!)

And some of those tape measures. And a Blue Bag.

Yep. Can't have too many of those blue bags. Don't forget to take your sense of humour and a translator! Our store always has loads of foreigners in it and I'd love to know what they're yakking about!
