Didn't know it even existed. I'd love to go but that is my daughters birthday weekend and we are off camping, weather permitting. I like bute park, its very pretty, and generally quiet.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

I've been most years and will probably go again this year.
      Fancy a meet-up anyone?
I've never been to any of the big RHS shows and I guess this is just a tiddler in comparison but its on the doorstep and that's a bonus! Lots of stalls selling gadgets, plants and FOOD! Talks, show gardens etc.

I've been to Whitemead off and on for years - in fact before it was turned into the super site it is today and while it was still just a campsite for civil service employees. Lots for the kids to do, free swimming pool with jaccuzi, steam room and sauna. Millions of walks in the area plus cycle trails. Also if you're into birdwatching, the RSPB Nagshead Nature reserve is just across the road from the site.

About a dozen of us usually hire 4 apartments there - it's so reasonable!

I used to live not far from Parkend. There are two pubs in the village, the Fountain and the Woodman - both serve good food but I personally prefer the Woodman.

I may go on the sunday and wait for the sell off, pick up a few plants and lots of veg, cheap.
I went last year for 20 minutes. Long story, family problems.
I like going to Hampton court, imo its the best.
Chelsea is too crowded not been there for years though

Sorry, I can't go on any of the days - Friday at a funeral followed by monthly meal with the other (retired) divisional secretaries, Saturday walking up the Sugar Loaf from Abergavenny, Sunday at church on morning followed by lunch at someone's house.
                  Maybe another year.........

I've thought about it but I just don't see how I can get there without spending Sunday half killing myself to get on top of everything else I've got to do. Have a great time VC and anyone else who gets there.

I'm in two minds now.. I lost last weekend due to my wife having friends over and then having to go out, so lost time on my plot..

Sunday could be a possibility. Who else is going?

I'm going, Chris but I may go Saturday as I'll go in on the bus to avoid the parking hassle, and there are more buses on Saturday. The Sunday sell-off is tempting but I'd deffo need the car for that.
