I didn't used to like him - until the current batch of presenters turned up and now I prefer him to them - but no one can beat Geoff and Monty in my book!
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

And for one horrible moment, I did think something terrible had happened to someone when reading the thread title!

I am in the 'quite like him in small doses' camp.

He has a magazine show on at 5pm weeknights which I recently started watching. A bit of everything from pop culture, gardening, cooking, current affairs, singing/dancing, etc.

Nevber got on with Alan T., I'm afraid. Give me the patrician tones of Monty Don any day.

I love Titchy, so will have to catch up with it if I can find it on the Poota!

Have to agree about Monty, though. He could read the telephone directory to me ...
