 Race for life Hi all, well its that time of year when us girls try our best and complete the 5k Race for Life fun run in aid of Cancer Relief. Good luck to all taking part this year, I'm taking part in the Dumfries one 2mor. Cheers Helen      |

| Me and Lauren b did the one at Peterborough on Tuesday 24th, with Mum, big sis and niece. Walked it as mum has got a bad knee and dodgy heart, but still did it in under an hour. Great fun.

| Ouch, my legs turned to jelly on the last 500mtrs, but the support of the crowd egged me on. A great day and yes, I agree an emotional one. Earned myself a gud bottle of vino tonite.....( I managed 33mins was so thrilled) |
