| Does anyone know the rules, was going to buy 8 packets of peppers seed from america say half had 10 seeds in and the other had 20 seeds in, what are our custom rules would i have to pay extra, bill would come to 22 dollars aprox £11.00 plus postage Thanks Marion |

| Postage doesn't count in the £18 pound allowance. If you ordered 100 packets of seed it wouldn't matter, as long as they packaged it in parcels where each parcel had a max. value of £18 you would pay NO duty.
