| Useful bit of history, but I wouldn't fancy starting to plough in January weather even in medieval times - wasn't the weather colder then? BTW - It's not the same as 'moo-cow' Monday is it? Used to be common in Loughborough when they had the cattle market in town and the pubs stayed open all day, workers took a sickie
