Default The pill

I've just been reading that if you put one birth control pill in the soil of your houseplants every 2-3 months they will flower like crazy!!

Has anyone else ever heard of this or tried it??

Anyone fancy trying it out???? ( would be interesting!!)

I'll have a go but being a "woman of a certain age" I don't need to take the pill

Come to think of it, can you imagine that anyone would want to risk not taking the pill one day just for the sake of research

Another way to make them flower is to stop watering them for a bit because a plant when it is under stress tries to reproduce it self ie flower and make seeds do not think the man is crazy it do's work as soon as flower buds appear start watering again jacob

I have heard of it before! Not sure what types of plants it would be ok to use on, I was flicking through someones how to grow your own, erm, not something I could grow on my allotment, book

Was having a flick through just out of curiosity of course

Would be interesting to know if it works on house plants
