  • Percy charlie pregnancy update.

Hi, just a quick update as many of you wished me well when i reported the news i was pregnant but not having such a good pregnancy.

im now a couple of days of 20 weeks and get my anonomlie scan on 1st dec will find out sex of baby if they can see it1

    morning sickness nearly gone.

baby feels like a cross between a gymnast, footballer and night club raver with all the night time early morning kicking sumersalting wriggling and moving it now has the nick name little wriggler. sleeps most of the day though, this will have to change when its born and over 3 months old, plan to be more strick with this one as my daughter didnt sleep through the night for over first 2 and half years but does now.

i have more of a neat bump this time round and not putting on weight like i did with my daughter. (maybe a different sex or just carring different so long as healthy dont mind if girl or boy)

ive had cravings for xmas pud, lemon curd and jam tarts, garlic bread and apples.

my skin and hair feel terrible so i dont think i look glowing but as baby growing well a small sacrifice.

have a very tender pelvis so think im startig to suffer with spd i sufferd with a mild case with my daughter which wasnt picked up till after the birth and couldnt walk upright for over a month after the birth but think if ive started to suffer again it is going to be worse as symptoms have started 10 weeks earlier, but as put under a consultant for physio for other issues maybe can get it tackled ealier this time, see physio 16th dec.

my daughter whos 4 is coming to the scan, as she came to the last one and ive promised to let her ask the scanner what babys sex is, so she says she will ask if baby has a willy or a fluffy, so long as she waits till after they take the picture or my laughing will probably bodge the picture.

will let you all know how the scan goes. all the best pc

i find pregnancy, contractions and walking the first month after worse than anything, delivery is ok (hurts less than the contractions early on in labour) and meeting your child for the first time so magical i found managing a baby or child easier than being pregnant but i hate pain and being sick but i havent experienced the teenage years yet lol. my daughter is only 4. but didnt sleep for first 2 and half years and is a fussy eater, but being a mum has given me the rewarding moments in life, god will have to stop or will get broody for number 3 and im only working on number 2. that said when my daughter was born and placed in my arms i said to hubby can we have another so she isnt lonely this was 2 minutes after delivery after spending 2 and 3/4 hours pushing, i must be mad hubby was not impressed
but my daughter is so well behaved and they say you dont get 2 the same, this means if the saying is true i will definatley not get it so easy this time round but it may sleep. lol just wish april would hurry up. pc

All the best with the scan, sure it will be great. So exciting once you get past that 1/2 way mark innit?!
I know it's not so easy when you've got another littl'n to look after, but if you suspect spd, then try to take it as easy as you can & don't feel guilty for popping your feet up!Take Care & keep us informed!xx

hubby and daughter let me pop my feet up! thats something i dought, never get the chance infact cant remember the last lie in i had must be several years ago, and before pregnant with my daughter, but i dont mind. hubby seems to get one though, but as he works and i dont, i dont mind especially as he often does between 10-14 5 days a week to support us. but thanks all for your kind wishes, may get a rest after xmas as daughter changes from pm nursery to am and hubby will be at work, so maybe just maybe. i live in hope.

No I didnt want to know, as I had a test for downs I could have but chose not to, convinced myself I was carrying yet another boy I already had four, and I so wanted a girl but whats to be is to be, my sons didnt want a sister anyway. What a suprise when he was a she, of course the boys fell in love with her, now she is a 12 year old going on 21 yr old and the boys still love her and protect her as much as they can, look out when she has a boyfriend.
