    Out of interest???

    Is there a way of reading the last post on a thread without having to spend an age scrolling down?(I know,I've only had just over a year to work it out)

    If I'm on the main page showing all the forums I've sussed how to do it,but can it be done on all threads?(ie...if I'm on chit chat & want to be looking at the second or third thread down)

    does not always work 4 me, but just under the green post a reply button, is a text link called "view first unread" try that

      I aint no expert, but if you start typing a reply, just move your mouse south and the other replies already posted should be at the bottom. Methinks anyroad!

        look top right,display modes,click on linear mode,then you will be able to see the latest post ,hope thats what you after,

          Each thread has a little green box with a downward pointing arrow. Click it, you will be taken to the last point you read the thread.

                  When you're on a forum...chitchat say...you've got the list of threads,well on the laeft to the title of the thread is a tiny little green box....I think I've worked out that if you've either already read the last post or not read any then the box isn't there...otherwise it is!!!

                      actually - both the down arrow and the sideways arrow work

                      the control and down arrow - is the control button on your keyboard; plus the down arrow on your keyboard.....

                        look just above the last post,above the red triangle,right hand side,you will see a green box saying DISPLAY MODES,click it,and a drop down box will appear,click on linear mode,and it should sta like it,until you change it back again via that box hope it helps this time,

                              I've got red triangles but no display mode boxes!

                              Zazen...you had me searching the forum pages for controls & arrow downs!!!!...needless to say I didn't find them!

                              As it is,I've discovered the little green box,so now I'm happy!!!
